The basics…
TuffLine® white thermoplastic is a 100% granular/powder material packaged in 50-pound meltable bags stacked on 2,000-pound pallets. TuffLine® can be customized to suit typical marking applications ranging from 60 – 125mils in setups including spray, ribbon, or screed/extrude. TuffLine® thermoplastic is an excellent choice for both traditional long-line applications as well as legend type applications. TuffLine® is available in both alkyd and hydrocarbon based formulations.

TuffLine® is available in a wide variety of specifications including AASHTO, City/County based specifications, State Specifications, and many Country specific standards. TuffLine® white thermoplastic provides excellent adhesion, color retention, and retroreflectivity.
